What is a Virtual Assistant and How do I Become One?

Working from home has been a dream of mine for a very long time. I’ve always been an independent person and feeling “free” is important to me.

Before starting my work as a VA, I coached aspiring entrepreneurs through the logistics of starting their first businesses. Before that, I had a bath and body and a jewelry shop.

Although I worked really hard at my businesses, I just didn’t make enough to justify quitting my day job and solely being an entrepreneur.

All this changed as soon as I became a VA.

If you’re thinking about becoming a VA, you might be wondering what some of the pros and cons are of having a virtual assistant business. I’ve been a virtual assistant since 2014 so allow me to shed some light on what I think is good and bad about running a VA biz.
