At the end of each year, I like to do a roundup of the new content we released in our membership, the Introvert VA Club, and any exciting updates or news.
In 2024 we released 5 new resources for Virtual Assistants, including a huge course for intermediate and advanced VAs. Take a look below to see what these resources are and what else we focused on.
New Virtual Assistant Templates + Trainings in 2024

AFFILIATE SPREADSHEET TEMPLATE – Sharing affiliate links is a great way to make extra money with your Virtual Assistant business. Each affiliate program you sign up for has its own links and rules, though, so if you don’t organize the info properly, things will get hairy real quick, and finding the info you need will be frustrating. This is where the Affiliate Spreadsheet Template comes in handy! You can use it to keep all your affiliate info organized and easy to find whenever you need it.
CLIENT PLANNING SPREADSHEET – This spreadsheet will help you figure out the number of clients you’ll need each month to reach your desired annual income, decide if you can take on another client without burning out, and figure out the number of clients you can take on at one time!
QUARTERLY PLANNER – Planning your goals into 3-month stints is a smart way to reach them. This Quarterly Planner will help you break down your goals into easy-to-accomplish quarterly goals.
GROW YOUR VA EMPIRE – I’m most excited about the release of this course because I’ve wanted to create it for years! This course is for intermediate and advanced Virtual Assistants who want to take their business to new levels. It covers specializing, streamlining, and advanced marketing topics to make more income with your business all while working less.

AIRTABLE BASICS – A few of our members requested this course – and we aim to please! Airtable is a versatile tool that merges the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. For virtual assistants, Airtable can be a game changer! Whether you’re running your own business or assisting clients, Airtable helps you organize and streamline your data. This course shows how to get your Airtable account set up and how to use it.
Updated Content in 2024
Tech is constantly changing, and we do our best to keep our trainings and resources up-to-date and accurate. The following is what we updated in 2024:
WEBSITE DESIGN KIT – If you’re designing your website, be sure to check this kit out! It will help you choose a website platform, write your website copy, and design your pages.
PINTEREST 101 – Pinterest is always changing so we updated a few things in our Pinterest 101 course. This training will help you create and set up your Pinterest account, research keywords you want to rank for, optimize your profile and boards with keywords, and check your Pins’ performance using Pinterest analytics.
EMAIL TEMPLATES + SCRIPTS – Sometimes, it’s hard to come up with the right words to say to your clients! That’s where these email templates and scripts come in handy! You’ll find templates for client onboarding, offboarding, discovery calls, vacation notices, weekly reports, and asking for feedback and referrals. 5 Year Anniversary
The Introvert VA Club turned 5 this year! As always, we had an introvert-friendly party where we awarded the Annual Sparkly Unicorn Award, did a fun scavenger hunt for prizes, and had a raffle for a $50 gift card to the Desire to Done Shop 🥳

We shared 18 job opps from business owners looking to hire VAs. These job announcements come from our Hire a VA Service and are only available to IVC members. This is where a lot of our members find their first clients! We 💗 helping our members find clients!

In 2025 we’ll be focusing our attention on updating existing content. It’s important to us to keep our trainings and resources fresh and relevant for our lovely members.
