Tired of drowning in your to-do’s?

You’ve worked hard to build and grow your online business and the hard work has paid off. But now you have a big problem. You have so much to do that you wake in the middle of the night in a cold sweat wondering if you forgot to do anything for your big launch right around the corner.

You’re also finding that keeping up with your social media marketing is becoming too cumbersome and you’re afraid important tasks are going to start slipping through the cracks (if they haven’t already). Not to mention, your significant other who feels like the third wheel when it comes to you and your business.

Your work-life balance is way off and you’re sooooo over it. You’ve come to the realization that you just CAN’T do it all anymore. (At least not ALL by yourself…) You’re over feeling “burnt out” and you are ready to focus your valuable time on the work that you love to do (and let someone else handle the rest!)

You’d also love to make it to a yoga class every once in awhile (and not feel guilty).

What you need right now is someone who is dedicated to your business, gets what you do and reduces some of the burden instead of adding to it. Someone who can take those to-do’s off your list so you can get more clients, make more money, and have more time to breathe. Allow me to rescue you!

I’m an Online Business Manager and I help motivated, talented and successful entrepreneurs (like yourself) get their businesses under control. I’ll get your business

  • organized,
  • automated and
  • running smoothly…

So that you can feel focused and happy.

Unlike a lot of other Virtual Professionals, I work only with a select few businesses at a time and I’m your right-hand woman, there for you when you need me. I’m someone who grows with your company, sharing every trial and triumph with you. I anticipate your needs so you feel taken care of and I can handle the little things, so you don’t have to hire a designer, virtual assistant & business coach.

In short, if you desire it, consider it DONE!

Create & schedule social media posts.

Brainstorm topics, schedule posts, create graphics.

Set up email lists, opt-ins, auto-responders, format newsletters.

Target market, competitor, PR opportunities, software.

Goal setting, strategy, accountability, organize launches.

Train & manage future VA’s, document business procedures, manage systems, create processes, & implement automation.

You wake up refreshed from a great night’s rest (you slept like a baby because you know everything is under control). You check your phone and notice your tweets are blowing up without any effort on your part. After your coffee and breakfast you settle into your home office to continue working on that fabulous program you’ve been creating.

Your business is chugging along like a well-oiled machine.

More money is flowing in because you have time for more clients and extra time to create new products and programs. You feel calm, professional, organized and relieved. And you can’t wait to finally take that vacation you’ve been needing.

I understand that your business is your baby and delegating tasks feels scary.  But trust me, once you start delegating it gets easier and in fact, you’ll learn to love it.

You’ll have more time to take on more clients & create more programs.

You’ll have more time to focus on what you love to do.

Your business will be organized, automated, & running smoothly.

Billie Gardner is literally a multi-tasking, multi-talented business angel. From the first moment we spoke, I was totally at ease and knew I was in good hands. Everything I threw at her to help me with – from creating graphics, to drafting up spreadsheets, to handling research – she delivered with flying colors. I can’t say enough great things about Billie. She is both creative and detail oriented, as well as, calming and supportive – which is truly a rare find. All I can say is – snatch her up before she’s fully booked!

  • 4 hours of work a week (every week)
  • 3 month contract
  • 1 month trial for new clients before jumping into 3 month contract

Instead of offering a set amount of hours a month, like most Virtual Professionals, I offer 4 hours of work a week, every week. That way you know exactly how many hours of work you’ll receive each week.

Sorry, we are currently not accepting new clients at this time.

What’s next?  Fill out the form below and tell me a little bit about your business & what you’re needing help with.  If we’re a good fit we’ll set up a 20 minute chat to discuss more.

What if I don’t use my hours for the month? Hours generally don’t carry over, so you’ll have to use ’em or lose ’em.  However, it’s very easy for online businesses to utilize 4 hours a week.

What does the 1 month trial mean? I like to offer a 1 month trial to new clients to give us both peace of mind.  I want to make sure we both agree we’re a good fit before jumping into the 3 month contract.

How will you invoice me? I invoice monthly on the 1st of each month.

What if I need more than 4 hours a week on an on-going basis?  If you require more than 4 hours a week we can definitely discuss this during our initial consultation.

What if I need you for a few additional hours here and there, like for a launch? We can discuss your needs ahead of time and I can make room in my schedule.  Additional hours are $30/hr.
